The talks will be followed by an interactive panel and networking session. Entry is free for all, with drinks and snacks provided by Gangverk. Doors open at 17:00, so come early to grab a drink and settle in before the presentations begin at 17:30.

Björk Hauksdóttir is an engineer with 17 years of experience as a software specialist in the banking industry, currently serving as an IT team lead at Kvika. Her responsibilities have spanned business requirements, project scoping, design, technical implementation, configuration, quality assurance, user support, programming, integration, maintenance, system upgrades, performance tuning, security management, data migration, troubleshooting, vendor management, compliance checks, and end-user training. Björk oversees several brands and applications, coordinating projects to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Willem van Biljon is a veteran AAA video game developer with 18 years of experience at CCP Games, where he worked on EVE Online. Starting as a self-taught 3D Artist, Willem has held multiple roles including asset creation, asset systems development, people management, R&D, product development, and UX. His broad skill set bridges creative and technical teams, delivering value through innovative solutions.

Tindur Jensson is a producer of digital transformation projects within the Department of Service and Innovation at Reykjavik City. With a diverse background in founding companies, event planning, TV production, and advertising, Tindur has developed a unique skill set that combines human-centric approaches with traditional advertising practices. He is currently focused on producing service transformation projects for multilingual children in the Reykjavík school system, aiming to improve their lives by asking questions, facilitating agreement, and delivering achievable solutions.
UX Researcher
Taylor Garcia van Biljon has been crafting and studying experiences in creative environments for over ten years. With a background in design and education, she began her career in interactive museums, exploring the digital, spatial, and emotional aspects of user experience. Taylor believes in the power of transferable skills, complete immersion learning, and storytelling, which she leverages in her role as a niche generalist at Gangverk.

Áslaug Eva Björnsdóttir focuses on team development and digital transformation. With a master's in digital management from Hyper Island, she collaborates with cross-functional teams to guide companies through their digital transformation journeys. Áslaug is also a board member at UN Women, committed to advancing women's rights and global gender equality.

Ragnheiður Ásta Pétursdóttir has a 20-year career in Computer Science, beginning as an integration developer and later transitioning to the financial industry as a CRM specialist and product owner. For the last two years, she has been a Delivery Lead at Gangverk, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced settings. Driven by a passion for continuous learning and innovation, Ragnheiður excels in high-paced environments.
