Lindblad Expeditions Holdings, Inc. is an expedition travel company focusing on sea voyages through its Lindblad Expeditions brand and land-based travel through its subsidiaries: Natural Habitat, Off the Beaten Path, and DuVine.
Lindblad Expeditions works with National Geographic to inspire people to explore and care about the planet by providing access to leading scientists, naturalists, and researchers while discovering stunning natural environments above and below the seam through state-of-the-art exploration tools.
Knowing all that, we were certain this partnership would be an adventure.
Making the digital experience match the world-class quality of the expeditions has been the guiding light for our work with Lindblad. To get there, we decided to fully redesign all interfaces and processes, along with a deep-reaching system update. Laying this foundation improved operating capabilities and the customer experience as well. They say the joy is in the journey, so we continue.
