The acquisition of Zaelot, a company renowned for its expertise in staff augmentation and Salesforce solutions, marked a pivotal moment for us. This strategic move expanded our team size to over 220 professionals and enriched our service offerings, especially in advanced CRM technologies.


Our global presence, with key offices in Reykjavik, New York, Montevideo, and Buenos Aires, underscores our commitment to serving a diverse and international clientele.


Despite macroeconomic headwinds, we celebrated a notable revenue increase, underscoring our growing influence and success in the tech world.

This year, we expanded our client portfolio with an emphasis on fostering relationships with companies that share our vision of innovation and excellence. By partnering with a range of industry leaders and emerging enterprises, we've not only broadened our reach but also deepened our expertise across various sectors. New Clients and Projects

Play Airlines: In 2023, our partnership with Play Airlines focused on elevating their digital marketing and customer experience. Key initiatives included integrating a new Customer Data Platform (CDP), Twilio Segment, implementing Mixpanel for advanced marketing analytics, AB Tasty for optimizing the customer journey, and Fullstory to gain deeper insights into user experiences and interactions. Work also began on improving the website and overall customer booking management experience.

Lindblad Expeditions: Our work with Lindblad Expeditions marked a significant phase in their digital transformation journey. We developed a modular, headless service platform, transitioned from legacy systems to modern technologies, implemented advanced data analytics, and revamped the website. This led to improved data handling, increased website traffic, lead generation, and self-service capabilities like online booking, establishing Lindblad Expeditions as a leader in digital innovation in their sector.

Crayon: Our collaboration with Crayon, a global leader in IT and digital transformation services, involves leveraging our technological expertise to augment their digital offerings and operational efficiencies.

Liberty Rent: Developing a new, innovative underwriting engine for Liberty Rent, aimed at revolutionizing their rental guarantee services. This solution will enhance their ability to efficiently manage risk while providing a more streamlined and user-friendly service for property managers and landlords.

Julien’s Auctions: Our partnership with Julien’s Auctions, known for their celebrity and entertainment memorabilia, focusing on enhancing their digital experience to improve user experience, including increased engagements and sales conversions, as well as accessibility.

Sotheby's Partnership

Over an impressive span of more than eight years, our collaboration with Sotheby's, a distinguished name in art auctions and private sales, has been a journey of significant achievements and digital transformation.

More than 130 of Gangverk's talented team members played a pivotal role in evolving Sotheby's digital strategy, helping to shift the digital channel mix from a minor share in 2016 to over 90% of all bids being placed online by 2023 and contributing to Sotheby's rise to the top of search and social rankings, a transformation aptly described by their former CMO as going from 'worst to first.’
